I would love to see the federal government reduce the outrageous tax burden on its citizens, I would love see the federal government aggressively pursue the war on Islamic terrorism, I would love to see the federal government secure our borders - but the greatest issue today is our willingness to dispose of a huge segment of our population that, although voiceless and powerless, are real human beings - the unborn! As a society we seem more concerned about the rights of criminals including illegal aliens than the rights of our children.

This cartoon makes a good point but my desire to protect human life is not simply a matter of pragmatism. How can we call ourselves a free and compassionate country when those least able to defend themselves are relentlessly hunted and killed simply because they may be inconvenient to the imagined success or happiness of the pregnant mother. There was a time (before my time) when some members of our society were prevented from exercising their rights (and in some cases put to death) simply because of the color of their skin. We rightfully fought for the right of all to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Now is the time for all freedom loving people to support and elect those who would defend the rights of all our people, born and pre-born, to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

A little research (don’t expect the media to do this for you) will reveal the racism of the pro-death movement, in particular the association of the founder of Planned Parenthood (Margaret Sanger) with the Nazi regime and the stated goals of the eugenic movement (the elimination of ‘inferior’ races).
